A professional life dedicated to resources recovery and enhancement.

For 26 years he was the Plant Manager of one of the most important European companies in Secondary Aluminium.

A path marked by growth but above all by continuous improvement: from a starting production of 60,000T, reaches 130,000T, adding a waste recovery of 90,000T. He follows the certification paths for ISO 14001; OHSAS 18001; ISO 50001; ISO TS 16949 used as a tool for activity evolution.

In 1995 he took responsibility for the construction of the group’s new flagship production unit, from "Green-Field", a state-of-the-art factory, a  unique and unrepeatable opportunity  to  give answers to all aluminum recovery instances with the goal of transformation into high-quality and specialized raw materials, able to meet the requests of the most demanding customers (MB, VW, BMW, Honda, Toyota...).  The environmental sustainability aspect was also a key factor of the project: the plant was equipped with an original patented process in which all the waste of the activity (salt waste, filter powders...) find new life.

Above all the Argalum creation: the oxides recovered in the various stages of production, potentially waste, have been transformed into a multipurpose product that, in 2015, the  National Museum of Science and Technology Leonardo da Vinci in Milan wanted to welcome in its Historical Archive.

In 2016, he founded RecEng srl - Smart Recycling Solutions with the intention to represent a reference point for Companies involved in Aluminum Recycling or similar fields, having the intention to grow, improve, broaden horizons and needing  someone taking them by the hand and driving from the ideas to the results.

The challenge is to make RecEng a benchmark in the circular economy and sustainable development scenario.
